Winemaking: Gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vat and in oak barrels. Ageing: Ageing in old oak barrels for two years. Wine tasting: This white wine, thanks to its breeding, develops finely spiced aromas, fresh and fleshy. On the palate, Armenn expresses slight aniseed aromas on the finish.
