Description

Winemaking : Harvest: handpicking in 20kg grape bucket, when grapes reach beautiful maturity. Winemaking : fermentation in stainless steel vats. Mutage on juice. Ageing: ageing in stainless steel tanks and early bottling to avoid oxidation. Wine tasting : this banyuls made in stainless steel vats and bottled after less than a year offers nice scents of pear and apricot. Food and wine match: boasting good length, this wine can be enjoyed with tapas but will also adapt wonderfully to Asian dishes. It provides a pleasant contrast when tasted with spicy dishes, dry goats and citrus sorbets.
