Description
Soil of decomposed granite, between 350 m and 600 m altitude Terroirs. Viticulture in biodynamic practices, with limited ploughing. Bush vines (gobelet) and single spur pruning (guyot). Whole bunch pressing, cold settling. Natural yeasts. Aged for 22 months in 500L demi muids (18%), in new oak 2000 wooden vat (21%), in tank (34%), in 3000L foudre (27%) filled 2+ times. No fining. Light filtration (10 µ) before bottling.
