Soula Rouge 2015

Vines planted on soil of decomposed granite and schiste between 350 m and 600 m altitude. Yield 20 hl/ha. Biodynamic viticulture, with ploughing of the soils Bush vines (gobelet) and single spur pruning (guyot). Hand harvested from 11 September to 2 October. Whole bunch maceration from 9 days up to 14 days (natural yeasts). Aged for 22 months in wooden vats (36%), in 500 litre demi muids, 228 litre barriques (55%) & in stainless steel tank (9%). No fining. Clarifying filtration before bottling.
