Le Soula

Le Soula has 22 hectares under vine, located in the communes of Saint Martin de Fenouillet, Feilluns, Saint Arnac and Le Vivier. Average vine age is 45 years, the oldest dating back to 1900. Since 2001, the vines have been worked without the use of pesticides nor chemical fertilisers, following biodynamic principles, allowing the vineyards to balance themselves. The philosophy in the winery is to keep the approach simple. Every vintage is different, so the work in the winery is flexible and is adapted to suit each year. Creating wines that are pleasurable to drink and reflect their origin.
