South facing, steeply sloping terrain with black shale soil. Bottled during December, January to preserve all the fruit aromas. Beautiful fine gold colour with an exquisite nose, lemon, white peach, acacia, rose water. Palate of an admirable finesse, sweet, with notes of candied lemon, orange zest and bergamot.
