Description
Selection and sorting by plot, manual harvest, destemming, long maceration. Ageing, several methods and durations of ageing: barrels or half-muids of oak, outdoor bottles, allow an oxidation of the wines intended for aging. Decadently sweet, there’s an opulent cherry mouthful of liqueur plums and figs, with a young, blueberry-like character that remains fresh through to the long, spicy finish with soft, smooth tannins. This is a superb sweet red wine to serve alongside chocolate puddings or soft blue cheeses.
