Terroir : Coastal terroir – clay soil with lemons / limestone. Sustainable agriculture certified HVE3 (High Environmental Value). Contents : 75cl – Cork. PRODUCTION METHODS: Fermentation at low temperature. 50% aged in French oak and 50% in tank. Ageing on fine lees in tank. TASTING: Appearance : Pale gold. Nose : Full and fruity with aromas of white skinned fruits. Palate : Generous, upfront flavours. A harmonious ensemble with a gentle buttery finish.
