Château de Corneilla, Cavalcade 2019

Appellation: AOP Côtes du Roussillon Villages les Aspres. Terroir des Aspres, sandy soil with round stones. Sustainable agriculture certified HVE3 (High Environmental Value). PRODUCTION METHODS: pre-fermentation and cold maceration, traditional fermentation at low temperature, pigeage and vatting of 6 weeks, ageing in 500L French oak barrels over 12 months. TASTING: Appearance: intense red, with purple hues. Nose: red and black fruits ; lightly spicy. Palate: supple and full with silky tannins, giving over to a display of black fruits and spices.
