Description
VINIFICATION - The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed and vinified separately in temperature-controlled vats. We pump over regularly to gently extract the tannins and allow the wine to fully express itself. The wine is then refrigerated for tartaric stabilization and then filtrated through a tangential filter before bottling. EYE - Garnet red colour. NOSE - Powerful notes red stone fruits + mild spices. TASTE - Red fruits and black cherries aromas. Gourmet with a fresh and intense attack that blends into a round and supple finish.
