Description
YIELD & SOIL - 35 hl / ha - Chalky clay soil & river pebbles. VINIFICATION - The grapes are destemmed, carefully selected by hand, then gently pressed. The juice is then placed in french oak barrels until the end of alcoholic fermentation. Daily stirring of the wine during fermentation followed by very short aging of 3 months. The wine is then refrigerated for tartaric precipitation. EYE - Bright and limpid pale yellow colour. NOSE - Rich aromas of exotic fruits, coconut, hint of vanilla and banana sweets. MOUTH - White fruit and banana notes , slightly salty and toasted bread hints.
