Hand-picked from old vines. Partial whole-bunch, carbonic-maceration followed by fermentation and ageing in older barrels for 6 months. Serve slightly chilled. The wine has lifted, herbs and fruit on the nose and a lower tannin, refreshing palate. Highly rated by Revue de Vin de France.
