Description
Hand-picked relatively early whole-bunch pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel. Aged and stirred on lees to give more polish and weight than usual for a dry Muscat. No fining agents used other than Bentonite. Floral, aromatic nose but remaining crisp and clean on the palate.
