Yield 20HL/HA – south east facing vineyard on hillside – 30 year old vines Grenache Noir. Sedimentary marl and schist soils. Organic cultivation. Long temperature controlled maceration and fermentation in concrete tanks. The fermentation is ‘muted’ with grape spirit to retain the sugars in the wine.
