Description
Yield 18HL/HA – north facing vineyard – 80% Grenache Blanc & 20% 50 year old Grenache Gris. Sedimentary marl and schist soils. Organic cultivation. Light maceration on skins. The wine is muted during fermentation to give the right balance of sugar and alcohol. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
