Vinification : Direct pressing of the grapes at cold temperature. Pre-fermentative maceration of 36 hours in tank.
Tasting notes : Nice pale colour. The nose is expressive. It is very lickerish, greedy, with a lot of freshness and beautiful notes of red berries.
