Description
Terroir : Schist. Vinification : Direct pressing of the grapes at cold temperature. Pre-fermentation maceration during 36 hours. Fermentation at 16 °C in inox tank and in barrels. Two third of the blend have been vinified then aged in French new oak barrels (400 litres) during 8 months. Tasting notes : It has a pale yellow robe. It is finely wooded with a beautiful roundness in the mouth with fat. It expresses with freshness fruity and floral notes.
